Retrieve Provider Exchange Tenant Internal ID

This section describes how to retrieve the OVOC Tenant Internal ID which must be configured in Provider Exchange Azure Setup.

To retrieve the OVOC Tenant Internal ID:

1.

Login to OVOC as a System Operator.

2.

Press <F12> to open the browser debug mode.

3.

Click the Network link.

4.

Clear the data using the button.

5.

Edit the tenant you wish to update.

The details of the tenant are printed in the debug output screen:

Copy the id value to notepad. In the example above the value is 761. This value must be configured in the Zoom Connect database (see Provider Exchange Azure Setup).
